技工院校的德育课是德育工作的主要阵地,教学效果的好与坏直接关系到技工院校学生的培养质量,然而德育课的教学效果不尽如人意。笔者结合职业教育9年的经验,从4个方面分析技工院校学生的特点,提倡根据学生特点有针对性的展开德育课教学,切实提高德育课的教学效果。
The moral education classes in technical schools are the main positions of moral education. The quality of teaching effects is directly related to the quality of students in technical colleges. However, the teaching effect of moral education classes is not satisfactory. Based on nine years’ experience of vocational education, the author analyzes the characteristics of technical college students from four aspects, advocates that the teaching of moral education should be targeted according to the characteristics of students, and the teaching effect of moral education should be effectively improved.
