Ⅰ.研究手性农药的意义 20世纪70年代,随着立体化学的发展,农药研究已深入到分子立体异构领域。单一手性体农药如[1R、3R、αR]-溴氰菊酯(Decis)、[S,S]-氰戊菊酯(双爱士、来福灵),S-生物丙烯菊酯;精盖草能、精禾草克、敌草强等芳氧丙酸类除草剂;S(+)-烯效唑-、R(-)-烯唑醇、R(-)-己唑醇等三唑类杀菌剂和植物生长调节剂及N-酰基丙氨类杀菌剂R(-)-多霜灵、R(-)-甲霜灵等相继在国际市场出现。
Ⅰ. The Significance of Studying Chiral Pesticides In the 1970s, with the development of stereochemistry, the research of pesticides has gone deep into the field of molecular stereoisomerization. Single chiral pesticides such as [1R, 3R, αR] - Decis, [S, S] - fenvalerate Melaleucandrate, Melaleuca, Diquat and other aprodione herbicides; S (+) - Uniconazole -, R (-) - Diniconazole, R (-) - Hexaconazole and other three Azole fungicides and plant growth regulators and N-acyl amylase fungicide R (-) - Dosalam, R (-) - Metalaxyl and so on have appeared in the international market.
