采用添加标识材料的方法研究45钢摩擦焊接头焊缝塑性金属的流动规律。结果表明,摩擦焊接过程中,变形层首先在距圆心2/3半径处的摩擦表面上形成,它是由塑性变形和机械挖掘的表面金属组成的环状摩擦面。随着焊接时间的延长,摩擦焊接表面的热量输入会逐渐增加,从而增大了焊缝塑性金属的变形量。增加摩擦压力和顶锻压力,焊缝表面金属变形明显增大,且在摩擦压力的作用下标识材料会随着旋转方向变化,并且标识材料会发生整体扭转,扭转角度随着顶锻压力增大而增加。
