北京作为中国政治、经济、文化中心,作为国际性的大都市,平均每年写字楼大型客户成交量都在60万平方米以上。2006年,北京经济的良性发展、工业生产、对外贸易所呈现的高速增长态势更是为北京写字楼市场大单成交提供了有力支持。在以往写字楼市场的大单成交多为散单销售。而现在北京·国际、万达广场等写字楼早已变成了整栋的大单销售。但大单之后,风景之后,留给我们的是什么?
