从麝香分离出的抗炎Ⅰ号,对巴豆油引起的小鼠耳部炎症的抗炎作用约为氢化可的松的40倍。多肽酶解所获产物经SephadexG-25凝胶过滤得到两个分子量较小的紫外吸收峰P_2、P_3,P_3有抗炎活性。P_3经SephadexG-10凝胶过滤,又得P_4及P_5两个紫外吸收峰,均具抗炎活性,还在进一步提纯。 麝香水提物对多种炎症模型均有较好疗效,主要是抑制炎症早期过程。切除小鼠肾上腺,其抗炎作用消失。它能明显提高肾上腺Vc及血中皮质酮、cAMP、PGE、PGF_(2α)的含量,
