落实素质教育,要求学校一方面要规范办学行为,另一方面要促进内涵发展。学校内涵发展,要靠高素质的教师队伍。如何促进教师专业成长,是学校管理中必须思考和解决的问题。近几年来,我省开展了高中教师的全员远程培训,在参与培训的过程中,笔者深深地认识到,培训活动点燃了教师的发展激情,进一步提升了教师的专业水平,为学校的持续发展注入了生机和活力。经过这几年的摸索,我校逐步建立了三维立体的培训网络,开创了教师专业发展的新途径。
