本文按照防滑条件和铜丝绳强度条件,探讨了多绳摩擦提升的最小提升高度和最小自重系数,给出了诺模图,并综述了使用轻容器的必要性、可行性及优越性。按照苏联防滑安全系数法,是难于降低自重系数,难于使用轻容器的;按照反映《规程》规定的动态储备系数法,可降低自重系数,广泛使用轻容器,扩大多绳摩擦提升的应用范围。平衡锤单容器比双容器,有较好的防滑特性,有最佳自重系数。对于浅井,可使用大载的单容器提升代替双容器,更有优越性,
In this paper, according to the conditions of anti-skid and the strength conditions of copper wire rope, the minimum lifting height and minimum self-weight coefficient of multi-rope friction lifting are discussed. The nomogram is given and the necessity, feasibility and superiority of using light containers are summarized. According to the anti-skid safety coefficient method of the Soviet Union, it is difficult to reduce the self-weight coefficient and it is difficult to use light containers. According to the dynamic reserve coefficient method that reflects the “Regulations”, the self-respect coefficient can be reduced, light containers can be widely used, and the application range of multi-rope friction lift can be expanded. Balancing hammer single container is better than double container, it has better anti-slip property and has the best self-weight coefficient. For shallow wells, it is possible to use a single-container lift with a large load instead of a double vessel, which is more advantageous.
