应用五室分隔法研究了玉米和花生根间菌丝桥对氮的传递作用。研究表明 :供体接种菌根 ,对花生、玉米的生长均有明显的促进作用 ,且对玉米的促进作用明显大于对花生的促进作用。此外 ,无论是以玉米为供体 ,还是以花生为供体 ,接种后 ,均能在玉米和花生根间形成菌丝桥 ,形成的菌丝桥能传递氮 ,且传递方向是双向的。但由花生传递给玉米的氮量明显高于由玉米传递给花生的氮量
The five-compartment separation method was used to study the nitrogen transfer from the mycelial bridge between maize and peanut roots. The results showed that inoculation of mycorrhizal fungi could significantly promote the growth of peanut and maize, and promoted the growth of maize more than that of peanut. In addition, both the donor of corn and the donor of peanut could inoculate the mycelial bridge between the corn and the peanut after inoculation, and the formed mycelium bridge can transfer nitrogen and the transmission direction is bidirectional. However, the amount of nitrogen transferred from peanut to maize is significantly higher than the amount of nitrogen transferred from maize to peanut
