烟台港沉箱重力式码头基础的深层水泥拌合加固

烟台港西港池二期工程突堤北侧东半部码头采用了沉箱重力式结构,其地基为承载能力较低的亚粘土、亚沙土,并间夹有淤泥质亚粘土。该工程由第一航务工程设计院设计。设计采用了深层水泥拌合法(简称CDM工法——Cement Deep Mixing Method)。加固软土地基,其加固深度为7~10米。这是我国继天津新港东突堤北侧重力式码头之后,又一个在软土地基上建设的沉箱重力式码头。 烟台港此次采用本工法实施是完全由我国的技术人员设计施工,用我国自行开发的水上深层水泥拌合船组,用我国自行研制的海上定位系统、自行研究的微机软件,完全由我局建港工人、船员进行操作的全新尝试。而今,工程已进展过半,施工情况正常,一次成功地达到了刚刚开发的船机设备所预期的技 The east half of the jetty on the north side of the jetty in West Harbor Terrace Phase II of Yantai Port adopts a caisson gravity structure.
