[目的]分析我国青海省青稞SSR标记遗传多样性,为具有某些优异特性的青稞品种或资源筛选及青稞资源的保护奠定基础。[方法]利用SSR标记评估42份青海省栽培青稞的遗传多样性。[结果]42份青稞材料在7个SSR标记位点处表现出多态性,各位点扩增的等位基因数为1~6个,共鉴定出24个等位基因,每位点平均3.0个;根据SSR标记多态性可将42份青稞材料分为4组,即Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ。[结论]该研究表明青海省栽培青稞具有丰富的遗传多样性,可为青稞育种亲本选择提供参考。
[Objective] The research aimed to analyze the genetic diversity of SSR markers in barley in Qinghai Province of China, and lay the foundation for the screening of barley varieties or resources with some excellent characteristics and the protection of barley resources. [Method] The genetic diversity of 42 cultivated barley cultivars in Qinghai Province was evaluated by SSR markers. [Result] The results showed that 42 alleles of barley showed polymorphism at seven SSR markers, and the number of alleles amplified at each locus was 1 ~ 6. A total of 24 alleles were identified, with an average of 3.0 According to SSR marker polymorphism, 42 samples of barley were divided into 4 groups, namely Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ. [Conclusion] This study showed that cultivated barley in Qinghai Province had rich genetic diversity and could provide reference for parents selection of barley breeding.
