实验以Al-PILM,FeAl-PILM,β沸石和Y型分子筛为载体制备了NiW加氢裂化催化剂,对页岩油全馏分进行加氢裂化催化实验。对所得的产品油于实沸点蒸馏装置上进行馏分切割,并对各个馏分进行分析。结果表明:四种催化剂对页岩油都有明显的加氢裂化性能,轻馏分的收率较原油有很大提高,最高收率分别,<160℃为2.8%,160~370℃柴油为59.5%,所得160~370℃柴油的40℃运动黏度为3.248~3.324mm2.s-1,凝点-2~-3℃,闪点82~85℃,十六烷值62.3~63.4,20℃密度0.8305~0.8422g.cm-3,符合欧Ⅳ柴油排放指标,可作为生产优质柴油的原料。
Experimental NiW hydrocracking catalysts were prepared from Al-PILM, FeAl-PILM, β-zeolite and Y-type zeolite to catalyze the hydrocracking of shale oil fractions. The resulting product oil was subjected to fractionation on a solid boiling point distillation apparatus, and the individual fractions were analyzed. The results show that all four catalysts have obvious hydrocracking properties for shale oil.
