一、概述 PAL(programmable array logic)器件是80年代国际上广为流行的一种可编程阵列逻辑器件。采用FAL器件设计逻辑电路,具有速度快、集成度高的特点。且用户可自定义PAL器件内部的逻辑功能,满足各种应用的需要。它可以简化系统设计,甚至可将一个小系统完全包含在PAL器件之中,有利于电子设备的微型化与节能。PAL器件内部有两根加密熔丝,施加400mA电流将其熔断,则PAL器件的内容不能被读出,起到硬件加密不被仿制的作用,提高了系统的可靠性。利用PAL器件设计逻辑器件,大致可分为以下几个步骤: (1) 确定应用要求,描述逻辑功能。 (2)进行逻辑设计。根据逻辑功能或状态图(对于时序电路而言)写出布尔方程,并通过卡诺图化简。
