通过对棉铃纵径、横径、铃体积和铃重4个性状在F1代的杂种优势表现进行探讨,认为利用不同铃型的棉花品种(系)进行杂交,可以获得大铃杂种优势。产生杂种优势的主要原因是这些性状存在基因显性或上位性优势。以粗短或卵圆型作母本,与用卵圆型作父本进行配组的F1大铃杂种优势最为明显。采用套麦管隔离法进行棉花杂交制种可兼顾杂交速度、杂交成活率和杂种质量,对充分利用强优势杂交组合十分有利。
The characteristics of heterosis of four traits including boll length, transverse diameter, boll volume and boll weight in F1 were discussed. It was concluded that heterosis of bollworm could be obtained by crossing cotton cultivars with different boll types. The main reason for heterosis is that these traits have dominant or epistatic advantages. The floret F1 hybrids with stubby or oval as the female parent and oval parent as the male parent showed the most obvious heterosis. Using wheat straw isolation method for hybrid cotton seed production can take into account the hybridization rate, hybridization survival rate and hybrid quality, full advantage of the advantages of hybrid combinations are very beneficial.
