到目前为止的双语教育只是针对少数民族儿童而言的双语教育,实施双语教育的过程中比较强调国家导向和顶层设计。本文通过对贵州省少数民族聚居地区的795名中小学生双语使用情况和语言学习愿望的调查,发现绝大多数少数民族儿童汉语程度超过了其所属民族语言;大多数汉族儿童不会听说少数民族语言。在“科学稳妥推行双语教育”的新形势下,今后的双语教育应该从单向双语教育走向双向双语教育。
Bilingual education to date is only bilingual education for ethnic minority children, and bilingual education is more state-oriented and top-level in design. Through the investigation of bilingual use and language learning desires of 795 primary and secondary school students in areas inhabited by ethnic minorities in Guizhou Province, this article finds that the majority of minority children have more Chinese than the national languages they belong to; most Han children do not hear about ethnic minorities Language. Under the new situation of “promoting science education safely and scientifically,” bilingual education in the future should move from one-way bilingual education to two-way bilingual education.
