相容剂对聚丙烯/碳纤维复合材料性能的影响

通过熔融共混方法制备聚丙烯/碳纤维(PP/CF)复合材料,利用毛细管流变仪研究了PP/CF复合材料的流变行为、相容剂马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MAHPP)的质量分数、剪切速率及温度对熔体流变行为、熔体黏度的影响。结果表明:PP/CF体系的表观黏度随着MAHPP质量分数的增加而降低。PP及PP/CF复合材料均属于假塑性流体,MAHPP的存在使复合材料的假塑性增强。PP/CF复合材料的黏流活化能随着剪切应力的增大而降低。PP/CF复合材料的扫描电镜和力学测试结果表明:MAHPP的引入有利于提高聚丙烯与碳纤维的相容性,PP/CF复合材料的力学强度随着MAHPP质量分数的增加而提高。 The PP / CF composites were prepared by melt blending. The rheological behavior of the PP / CF composites was investigated by capillary rheometer. The mass ratio of MAHPP Effect of Fraction, Shear Rate and Temperature on Melt Rheological Behavior and Melt Viscosity. The results showed that the apparent viscosity of PP / CF system decreased with the increase of MAHPP mass fraction. PP and PP / CF composites belong to pseudoplastic fluid. The presence of MAHPP enhances the pseudoplasticity of the composites. The viscous flow activation energy of PP / CF composites decreases with the increase of shear stress. The scanning electron microscopy and mechanical test results of PP / CF composites show that the introduction of MAHPP can improve the compatibility of polypropylene with carbon fiber, and the mechanical strength of PP / CF composites increases with the increase of mass fraction of MAHPP.
