针对氰化提金厂的实际情况,研究了溶液含盐量、Zn2+、Cu2+和CaSO4·2H2O的存在,以及溶氧量变化对氰离子电极行为的影响。目的是查明其对氰离子电极响应的干扰程度,提高测量精度。研究结果表明,上述因素对电极的响应有干扰,其中溶液含盐量和溶氧量变化的影响尤为显著,并据此提出了改进意见。
In view of the actual situation of cyanidation gold extraction plant, the existence of salt content, Zn2 +, Cu2 +, CaSO4 · 2H2O and the effect of the change of dissolved oxygen content on the behavior of cyanide ion electrode were studied. The purpose is to find out its interference to the cyanide ion electrode and improve the measurement accuracy. The results show that the above factors interfere with the electrode response, especially the influence of the change of salinity and dissolved oxygen content of the solution, and put forward some suggestions for improvement.
