目的：观察中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法：西医抗感染，抗休克；中医清胰饮。中西医结合治疗使胃肠道处于休止状态，抑制胰蛋白酶，维持水、电解质平衡和氮平衡的基础治疗，清胰饮具有降低胰酶活性和抗自由基的作用。结果：治疗后血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶较治疗前明显下降。结论：中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎疗效确切。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on acute pancreatitis. Methods: Western anti-infection, anti-shock; Qingyin Chinese medicine. Integrative Medicine in the gastrointestinal tract at rest, inhibition of trypsin to maintain water, electrolyte balance and nitrogen balance of basic treatment, Qingyiyin pancreatic enzyme activity and anti-free radical role. Results: Blood amylase and urinary amylase decreased significantly after treatment. Conclusion: Integrative medicine is effective in treating acute pancreatitis.
