探讨不同消毒剂的消毒方式与籽粒苋种子污染率和发芽率的关系。结果表明:单一消毒剂中,次氯酸钠作为消毒剂时,浓度为1∶4,浸泡时间为25 min时消毒效果较好;氯化汞作为消毒剂时,0.1%氯化汞溶液浸泡7 min时消毒效果较好;复式消毒方法中,0.1%氯化汞及次氯酸钠分别与70%乙醇组合后的消毒效果均不如单一使用氯化汞效果好。
The relationship between disinfection methods of different disinfectants and seed pollution rate and germination rate of grain amaranth was explored. The results showed that when sodium hypochlorite was used as a disinfectant, the disinfection efficiency was better than 1: 4 and the 25min immersion time in a single disinfectant. When mercuric chloride was used as a disinfectant, the disinfectant was disinfected with 0.1% mercuric chloride solution for 7 min The effect is better; in the double disinfection method, the disinfection effect of 0.1% mercuric chloride and sodium hypochlorite respectively combined with 70% ethanol is not as good as single mercuric chloride.
