现有文献欠缺从环境、供应链协调关系和供应链整合三方面同时研究文化创意企业知识获取和整合能力的影响因素及相对重要度。从这三方面构建了两种能力影响因素的假设,基于540份有效问卷检验了假设。全部样本逐步回归分析表明,知识获取能力主要受人际关系的正影响,其次受承诺、企业创新氛围、企业内部和外部供应链整合的正影响,外部支持环境和信任的影响不显著;知识整合能力主要受信任的正影响,其次受承诺、企业外部供应链整合、人际关系和外部支持环境的正影响,企业创新氛围和内部供应链整合的影响不显著。差异性分析表明,知识获取和整合能力都与企业规模无关,但都与企业成立年限和业务类型显著相关。依据成立年限和业务类型的样本分组假设检验表明,为提升知识获取和整合能力,需运用权变观点采取措施。
The existing literature lacks the factors and the relative importance of simultaneously studying the ability of knowledge acquisition and integration of cultural and creative enterprises from the aspects of environment, supply chain coordination and supply chain integration. From these three aspects, we construct two hypotheses of the influencing factors of capacity and test the hypotheses based on 540 valid questionnaires. Stepwise regression analysis of all samples shows that knowledge acquisition ability is mainly influenced by interpersonal relationship, followed by positive impact of commitment, enterprise innovation atmosphere, internal and external supply chain integration, external support environment and trust. Knowledge integration ability The main positive impact of trust, followed by promises, external supply chain integration, interpersonal relationships and external support environment, the impact of corporate innovation and internal supply chain integration is not significant. The analysis of variance shows that the ability of knowledge acquisition and integration has nothing to do with the scale of the enterprise, but both are significantly related to the age of the enterprise and the type of business. According to the sample grouping hypothesis testing of the established years and business types, it is necessary to adopt contingency perspectives to take measures to enhance knowledge acquisition and integration capabilities.
