目的：观察血液透析治疗流行性出血热肾衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法：将20例流行性出血热肾衰竭患者通过随机抽取的方式分为对照组和研究组各10例,对照组患者行常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上实施血液透析治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果：研究组患者的临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组,组间有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;研究组患者的尿素氮水平、血肌酐水平、AST水平及血小板数量均优于对照组,组间有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论：在常规治疗基础上,采用血液透析治疗流行性出血热肾衰竭的临床疗效优于单纯常规治疗疗效。
