利用对均匀传输线加载电纳可以改变其传输特性的原理设计了一个L波段六位色散数字移相器。借助ADS软件及2.5D仿真器Momentum,建立PIN二极管的SPICE模型,使用Au丝测试得的S参数,在全面考虑实际制作工艺的基础之上,建立准确的电路模型,经过优化,可以得到准确的仿真结果。实际测试结果与仿真相吻合。该方法减少了调试工作,且设计的产品性能优良,体积小,已得到公司规模生产。 The L-band six-bit dispersion digital phase shifter is designed by using the principle of changing the transmission characteristics by loading the susceptance to the uniform transmission line. With ADS software and 2.5D emulator Momentum, the SPICE model of PIN diode is established, and the S parameters obtained by Au wire test are used. Based on the full consideration of the actual fabrication process, an accurate circuit model is established and optimized to obtain the accurate Simulation results. The actual test results are consistent with the simulation. The method reduces the debugging work, and the designed product has excellent performance and small volume and has been produced on a company scale.
