以分析纯还原 Fe粉、Fe Cl3· 6 H2 0等为原料 ,以沉淀反应法制备了纳米γ- Fe2 O3粉体 ,采用 X射线衍射、扫描电镜对其晶相和形貌进行了分析 ,并初步检测了 γ- Fe2 O3厚膜对还原性气体的敏感性。结果表明 ,该合成方法工艺简单 ,由此制得的纳米γ- Fe2 O3粉在 2 0 0~ 30 0℃低温条件下对还原性气体具有良好的气敏特性
The precipitated reaction method was used to prepare the nano-sized γ-Fe2O3 powder with the analytically pure Fe powder and FeCl3 · 6H2O as raw materials. The XRD and SEM were used to analyze the crystalline phase and the morphology of the nano- The sensitivity of γ-Fe2 O3 thick film to reducing gas was preliminarily examined. The results show that the synthesis method is simple, the resulting nano-γ-Fe2O3 powder has good gas sensing properties to the reducing gas at the low temperature of 200 ~ 300 ℃
