为研究改性生土坯受力性能,通过添加不同比例的黏土、水泥、石灰等材料制作生土坯,进行受压性能试验研究,寻找最佳改性生土坯添加料配合比。结果表明:增加黏土质量份数配合比,改性生土坯的抗压强度虽略有提高,但变化不大。改性生土坯抗压强度随着水泥含量增加呈直线上升趋势,随着石灰含量的增加,改性生土坯抗压强度先提高后降低,质量分数为18%时抗压强度最高。从总体看,改性生土坯抗压强度较高,它不仅能有效弥补素土坯抗压强度低的缺点,而且还具有免烧结、成型快等优点,并能减少工业污染。
In order to study the mechanical properties of modified bauxite, adobe was made by adding different proportions of clay, cement, lime and other materials, and the compression performance test was conducted to find out the best blending ratio of modified bauxite feed. The results show that although the compressive strength of modified adobe increases slightly with the increase of clay mass fraction, the change is not obvious. The compressive strength of modified bauxite increases linearly with the increase of cement content. With the increase of lime content, the compressive strength of modified bauxite first increases and then decreases, and the highest compressive strength is obtained when the mass fraction is 18%. Overall, the modified bauxite has high compressive strength, which not only can effectively make up for the shortcomings of low compressive strength of bauxite, but also has the advantages of non-sintering, fast forming, and can reduce industrial pollution.
