“综合与实践”是一类以问题为载体、以学生自主参与为主的学习活动。开展这类学习活动,有个好问题的重要性不言而喻!但是统观教材,我们不难发现:作为新晋学习内容,现行教材中提供的例子屈指可数,远远不能满足多样化、差异化的现实教学需要。因此,《义务教育数学课程标准(2011年版)》提出:“提倡教师研制、开发、生成出更多适合本地学生特点的、有利于实现‘综合与实践’课程目标的好问题。”那么,怎样的问题才是“综合与实践”的好问题?好问题如何研制和开发?
