在相同电子束焊接工艺下,对比分析了不含Nb和含Nb桥梁钢的母材和焊接接头显微组织以及力学性能,并对含Nb钢焊接头和母材的耐腐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明,在相同的电子束焊接工艺下,不含Nb的钢的热影响区和焊缝区的晶粒尺寸较为粗大,而在钢中添加Nb元素后,热影响区等轴晶和焊缝区柱状晶尺寸都变小。含Nb焊接接头的抗拉强度和断后伸长率都要高于相同焊接工艺下的不含Nb钢焊接头。
Under the same electron beam welding process, the microstructure and mechanical properties of base metal and welded joint of Nb-free and Nb-containing bridge steel were comparatively analyzed, and the corrosion resistance of Nb-containing welded joints and base metal was studied. The results show that in the same electron beam welding process, the Nb-free steels have a coarser grain size in the heat-affected zone and the weld zone. When Nb is added to the steel, the heat-affected zone equiaxed grains and weld Area columnar crystal size smaller. The tensile strength and elongation at break of Nb-containing welded joints are higher than those of Nb-free welded joints under the same welding procedure.
