与红花比较探讨了食用菊的降胆固醇、降压、抗炎及抗伤害作用。方法:实验动物为ddY系小鼠。制备普通食饵与高胆固醇食饵(胆固醇1%、胆酸0.5%)以及分别含有食用菊提取物、红花提取物的(0.1%、0.05%)的食饵。对照药为考来烯胺。1个月后采血,检测总胆固醇、甘油三酯、HDL-胆固醇,并测量血压。另外,以角叉菜胶足跖肿胀法观察抗炎作用,以棉球法观察抑制肉芽肿形成以及抗伤害作用。结果及讨论:①与摄食普通食饵小鼠的总胆固醇
Compared with safflower, the cholesterol-lowering, antihypertensive, anti-inflammatory and anti-injury effects of edible chrysanthemum were discussed. Methods: The experimental animals were ddY mice. Preparation of prey and high-cholesterol prey (cholesterol 1%, cholic acid 0.5%) and dietary chrysanthemum extract, safflower extract (0.1%, 0.05%) prey. The comparator drug is cholestyramine. One month later, blood was collected and total cholesterol, triglycerides, and HDL-cholesterol were measured and blood pressure was measured. In addition, the anti-inflammatory effect was observed by carrageenan edema and the inhibition of granuloma formation and anti-nociceptive effect were observed by the cotton ball method.
