极个别恶性肿瘤可引起以骨、关节、肌肉疼痛等风湿性病样的临床表现为首发症状,故在疾病初期很容易误诊。本文回顾性分析了我院自2006年以来收治的,以风湿样症状就诊患者,最后确诊为卵巢癌的3例患者,现报告如下,以期提高对以风湿样症状为首发表现卵巢癌的认识。1资料与方法 1.1一般资料2007年3月至2011年6月我科住院卵巢癌患者3例,均以骨、关节、肌肉疼痛为首发症状在外院内分泌科 Very few malignant tumors can cause rheumatic disease like bone, joint, muscle pain-like clinical manifestations as the first symptom, it is easy to misdiagnosis in the early stages of the disease. This retrospective analysis of our hospital since 2006, treated patients with rheumatoid symptoms, and finally diagnosed as ovarian cancer in 3 patients are reported as follows, in order to improve the rheumatoid symptoms as the first manifestation of ovarian cancer awareness. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information March 2007 to June 2011 Ovary Division I hospitalized in patients with bone, joint, muscle pain as the first symptom in the Department of Endocrinology
