企业员工的价值观在企业文化中占据了很重要的位置。我国企业在对员工价值观进行培养时,应结合我国传统的文化,并借鉴国外先进的管理方式,形成一套具有中国传统特色并适应时代发展的企业价值观念。本文围绕市场经济下企业员工价值观的研究现状分析、对于我国企业员工价值观念培育的几点建议两大方面展开讨论,对市场经济条件下企业员工价值观的培育进行了简单的阐述。
The values of employees occupy a very important place in the corporate culture. In cultivating employees’ values, Chinese enterprises should formulate a set of enterprise values with traditional Chinese characteristics and adapting to the development of the times in light of the traditional culture of our country and drawing on advanced management methods from abroad. This article focuses on the analysis of the research status quo of employees’ values in the market economy, discusses two suggestions on how to nurture employees’ values in China, and gives a simple exposition of how to nurture employees’ values in the market economy.
