在稠油和高凝油开采与输送过程中,电伴热工艺已得到广泛应用。针对各种电伴热系统,确定了电伴热状态下井筒和输油管道的温度场、压力场、合理的伴热深度(长度)及伴热功率,求出了自控温伴热电缆伴热各段的长度,并对电伴热采油工况进行了分析。研究结果表明,可以根据原油的性质选择伴热深度、强度及抽汲工况参数,根据节能原则、电缆成本和现场条件选择电伴热系统。
In heavy oil and high pour point oil extraction and transportation process, electric heat tracing technology has been widely used. Aiming at various electric heat tracing systems, the temperature field, pressure field, reasonable depth (length) and heating power of wellbore and oil pipeline under electric heat tracing condition were determined. The length of each section, and analysis of electric heat tracing oil production conditions. The results show that the heat tracing depth, strength and pumping conditions can be selected according to the nature of crude oil, and the electric heat tracing system can be selected according to the principle of energy saving, cable cost and site conditions.
