为了探讨心肌梗塞(MI)后血浆性激素变化的方式和机理,本实验用放免法观察了MI前后不同时点的血浆性激素和皮质醇(CS)的演变。发现MI后急性期血浆睾酮(T)显著下阶(P<0.01),雌二醇(E_2)轻度下降;恢复期血浆T和E_2都恢复;MI后血浆CS明显增高(P<0.05),与血浆T呈相反变化;用T治疗的MI大鼠血浆CS无显著变化(P>0.05)。提示:MI后血浆性激素变化的重要原因是MI所致的应激反应,高浓度T可抑制MI后血浆CS的过度升高。
In order to investigate the way and mechanism of plasma sex hormone changes after myocardial infarction (MI), the evolution of plasma sex hormones and cortisol (CS) at different time points before and after MI was observed by radioimmunoassay. It was found that plasma levels of testosterone (T) were significantly lower (P<0.01) and estradiol (E2) was slightly decreased in the acute phase after MI. Plasma T and E2 were restored in the recovery period, and plasma CS was significantly increased after MI (P<0.05). There was an inverse change from plasma T; there was no significant change in plasma CS of T-treated MI rats (P>0.05). Tip: The important cause of plasma sex hormone changes after MI is MI-induced stress response, and high concentrations of T can inhibit excessive increase of plasma CS after MI.
