目的:研究红景天甙元对醋酥(以下简称为甙元对酪醇)对红细胞膜流动性的影响。方法:以ANS(1—苯胺基-8-萘磺酸)和DPH(1,6-二苯基-1,3,5-已三烯)为探针,利用荧光分光光度计测定人红细胞膜的流动性。结果:甙元对醋醇对膜脂疏水区流动性无显著影响;甙元对酪醇随浓度的增加对膜脂极性区流动性有增强作用。结论:甙元对酪醇没有直接作用在膜脂流水区;甙元对酪醇作用在萨脂极性头部。
Objective: To study the effect of salidroside on the fluidity of erythrocyte membrane of vinegar cake (hereinafter referred to as aglycone for tyrosol). Methods: Human erythrocyte membrane was measured by fluorescence spectrophotometer with ANS (1-anilino-8-naphthalenesulfonic acid) and DPH (1,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-triene) Liquidity Results: The aglycones had no significant effect on the fluidity of membrane lipids in the hydrophobic zone. The increase of tyrosol with the concentration of aglycone enhanced the fluidity of membrane lipids in the hydrophobic zone. CONCLUSION: Aglycone has no direct effect on tyrosol in the membrane lipid flow area; aglycone acts on the tyrosine polar head in tyrosol.
