目的观察植物花粉提取的激素——天丰素对四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病大鼠降血糖作用的影响。方法将大鼠糖尿病模型两批共144只,分为天丰素高剂量组200 mg/kg、中剂量组100 mg/kg、低剂量组50 mg/kg和阴性(生理盐水)对照组、阳性(降糖灵)对照组。用药前测血糖,每天口服一次,连续7 d后再测血糖。实验进行两次。对给药前后血糖浓度差值进行比较。结果天丰素组用药前血糖浓度为19.71 mmol/L~24.10 mmol/L,用药后血糖浓度为9.89 mmol/L~12.70 mmol/L,与降糖灵组用药前血糖浓度为20.92 mmol/L,用药后血糖浓度为8.25 mmol/L相似,具有降低血糖的作用。结论天丰素具有降低糖尿病大鼠血糖浓度的作用,效果类似降糖灵,但未显示出剂量-效应关系,在天丰素高中低剂量组中给药前后的血糖浓度均有显著差异。说明天丰素为0.5 mg/kg剂量时仍有降低血糖的作用且无明显毒副作用。为天丰素应用于临床治疗糖尿病提供了实验理论依据。
Objective To observe the effect of apollin, a hormone extracted from plant pollen, on the hypoglycemic effect of alloxan-induced diabetic rats. Methods A total of 144 rats with diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups: 144 high-dose group 200 mg/kg, middle-dose group 100 mg/kg, low-dose group 50 mg/kg and negative (normal saline) control group, positive (Glycemic hypoglycemic) control group. Measure the blood sugar before taking the medicine and take it orally once a day, and then measure the blood sugar again after 7 days. The experiment was performed twice. The differences in blood glucose concentrations before and after administration were compared. Results The blood glucose level in the Tianfengsu group was 19.71 mmol/L~24.10 mmol/L before administration, and the blood glucose level was 9.89 mmol/L~12.70 mmol/L after administration, and the blood sugar level was 20.92 mmol/L before and after treatment with Jiangtangling group. The blood glucose concentration is similar to 8.25 mmol/L and has the effect of lowering blood sugar. Conclusion Tianfengsu has the effect of lowering blood glucose concentration in diabetic rats, and its effect is similar to that of Jiangtangling, but does not show a dose-effect relationship. The blood glucose concentrations before and after administration in the Tianfengsu high-medium low-dose group are significantly different. This shows that Tianfengsu has a hypoglycemic effect and no significant toxic or side effects at a dose of 0.5 mg/kg. It provides experimental theoretical basis for the application of Tianfengsu to clinical treatment of diabetes.
