目的:对陕西产小秦艽的化学成分进行系统研究。方法:采用硅胶柱及其他多种色谱手段对小秦艽的化学成分进行分离,采用UV、IR、NMR、MS等光谱手段,辅以对照品对照等方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从陕西产小秦艽中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:栎瘿酸(1)、齐墩果酸(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、胡萝卜苷(4)、龙胆苦苷(5)、獐牙菜苦苷(6)、獐牙菜苷(7)。结论:化合物1、2、4是首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To systematically study the chemical constituents of small Qinhuangdao of Shaanxi Province. Methods: The chemical constituents of Xiaoqinqi were isolated by silica gel column and other chromatographic methods. The structures of the compounds were identified by UV, IR, NMR, MS and other spectroscopic methods. Results: Seven compounds were isolated from the seedlings of Gentiana macrophylla in Shaanxi Province and identified as: olaric acid (1), oleanolic acid (2), β-sitosterol (3), daucosterol (4) Glycosides (5), swertia glycosides (6), swertia glycosides (7). Conclusion: Compounds 1, 2 and 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
