离子交换层析基本上属于柱层析,虽然有很高的分辨能力但不能同时分析较多样品。薄层层析可同时分析许多样品,并因其简便,获得广泛应用。将两种方法结合,即用离子交换树脂涂布层析板可得到兼有两法优点的新的层析方法。市售强酸性树脂板FIXION 50×8(Ch-romatronix)除硅胶和一些粘合剂外,尚含有球状Na~+型磺化聚苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯共聚物作为强阳离子交换剂。用于阴离子交换的强碱性FIXION 2×8层析板则含相同的具季铵(乙酸盐型)侧链的共聚物树脂。本文着重报道离子交换薄层色谱法分离氨基酸的研究,报道其对氨基酸离子交换薄层色
