介绍了现场培训(KSAP)模式的理论基础,通过需求分析Goldstein模型[1]制定现场培训指导书、从知识K(Knowledge)、技能S(Skill)、行动A(action)、提升P(Promoted)四个方面为着力点,打造现场培训四维模型。引用教导培训、方法培训、安全培训与传统意义上技术讲座、技术问答、技能示范、师带徒等形式相结合,依托柯氏四级评估、积分评定等方法形成现场培训项目改进建议表[2]。梳理了该模式的工作流程,构建现场培训PDCA循环,形成了基于现场培训质量提升的管理模式。最后以变电运维专业新入职员工为例进行实践。
This paper introduces the theoretical basis of on-site training (KSAP) model and develops on-the-spot training instruction book through demand analysis Goldstein model [1]. From knowledge K, skill S, action P, Focuses on four aspects, to create a four-dimensional model of on-site training. Reference teaching, training methods, safety training and the traditional sense of the technical lectures, technical questions and answers, skills demonstration, teachers with students and other forms of combination, relying on four levels of assessment, integral assessment and other methods to form on-site training project recommendations for improvement table [2 ]. The work flow of this mode was consummated, the PDCA cycle of on-site training was constructed, and a management mode based on the quality of on-site training was formed. Finally, the transformation of operation and maintenance of new professional staff as an example to practice.
