为探究薇甘菊的新型防治方式和产沼气潜力,对新鲜采集的薇甘菊进行厌氧发酵实验.实验设置对照组(120mL接种物)和两个实验组(68g薇甘菊+120mL接种物),每个实验组的发酵液体积为400mL,采用全混合批量式发酵模式,在中温30℃和常温平均24℃的条件下,进行沼气发酵实验.结果表明,中温30℃和常温实验组的沼气发酵历时32d,中温30℃和常温净产气量分别为3 725mL、2 765mL.从实验结果计算得出,中温30℃下薇甘菊的TS产气潜力为511mL/g,VS产气潜力为627mL/g.
In order to explore a new way of controlling Mikania micrantha and to produce biogas potential, anaerobic fermentation of freshly collected Mikania micrantha was carried out.An experimental group (120 mL inoculum) and two experimental groups (68 g Mikania micrantha 120 mL inoculum) The biogas fermentation experiment was carried out under the conditions of medium temperature 30 ℃ and average temperature 24 ℃ .The results showed that the biogas fermentation in the medium temperature 30 ℃ and the normal temperature lasted for 32 days and the medium temperature The net gas production at 30 ℃ and room temperature was 3725mL and 2765mL, respectively.The TS gas production potential of Mikania micrantha was 511mL / g and the potential of VS gas production was 627mL / g at the medium temperature of 30 ℃.
