利用柠檬酸法合成SrFe12O19超微粉末,用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)和Mosbauer谱等技术对粉末的结构、粒径和形貌、性能等进行了观察和测试。结果表明:合成的SrFe12O19铁氧体超微粉末具有较小的粒径和较高的磁学性能。其粒径约为50nm,jHc为452.13kA/m,σs为61.54emu/g,σr为34.93emu/g。
SrFe12O19 powders were synthesized by citric acid method. The structure, particle size, morphology and properties of the powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and Mosbauer spectroscopy Etc. were observed and tested. The results show that the synthesized SrFe12O19 ferrite ultrafine powder has a smaller particle size and higher magnetic properties. The particle size was about 50 nm, jHc was 452.13 kA / m, σs was 61.54 emu / g and σr was 34.93 emu / g.
