本文分析了金属型离心浇铸TiV15Cr3Sn3Al3(Ti 15 3)合金铸件的充型过程 ,得出了熔体在离心充型过程中的层流判据 ,以及熔体截面倾角的变化规律。总结了在离心力场下铸件内气孔和缩松的分布规律。计算结果表明 :离心力场下充型时 ,熔体可保持的层流长度随转台转速的提高而减小 ;转台转速足够高时 ,最大倾角随转台转速的提高而增大。
In this paper, the filling process of TiV15Cr3Sn3Al3 (Ti153) alloy castings by centrifugal casting was analyzed. The laminar flow criterion and the variation of melt cross section inclination were obtained. Summarizes the distribution of porosity and shrinkage in casting under centrifugal force field. The calculation results show that the laminar flow length that the melt can keep decreases with the increase of turntable speed when filling under centrifugal force. When the turntable speed is high enough, the maximum tilt angle increases with the revolving speed.
