目的:分别以萸黄连中小檗碱、吴茱萸总碱、总生物碱为检测指标对萸黄连进行提取工艺优选。方法:采用单因素考察和正交试验相结合的方法,正交试验中选取乙醇含量(A)、提取次数(B)、提取时间(C)、溶剂用量(D)4个因素,每个因素选取3个水平进行试验。结果:因素A、C对检测指标均有显著性影响,因素B、D为不显著因素,可结合生产实际进行选择。结论:以80%乙醇10倍量提取2次,每1 h为最佳提取工艺。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction process of Rhizoma Coptidis with Berberine, Fructus Evodiae and total alkaloids. Methods: Single factor test and orthogonal test were used in combination. Four parameters of ethanol content (A), extraction times (B), extraction time (C) and solvent dosage (D) Choose three levels for testing. Results: The factors A and C all had significant effects on the detection indexes. The factors B and D were insignificant and could be selected according to the actual production. Conclusion: The extraction of 80% ethanol 10 times the amount of 2 times, 1 h for the best extraction process.
