将60只昆明种小鼠分为对照组、模型组、治疗1组、治疗2组。用氯化铝建立模型,用两种剂型的中药口服液对治疗组灌胃,水迷宫测定记忆功能。实验结束,测定小鼠脑铝含量、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性和血清胆固醇等含量,并做脑组织病理学检查。结果表明,铝染毒小鼠大脑铝含量明显升高,海马和皮质神经细胞受损,导致大脑的AchE活力等改变,中药治疗组有一定改善。
60 Kunming mice were divided into control group, model group, treatment group 1, treatment group 2. The model was established with aluminum chloride, and the two groups of Chinese medicine oral solution were given to the treatment group. The water maze was used to measure the memory function. At the end of the experiment, the contents of aluminum in the brain, acetylcholinesterase (AchE) activity and serum cholesterol in the brain were measured and brain histopathological examination was performed. The results showed that the aluminum content in the brain of aluminum-exposed mice was significantly increased, the hippocampus and cortical neurons were damaged, resulting in changes of brain AchE activity and some improvement in the Chinese medicine treatment group.
