目的:探讨HSP90 mRNA在大肠腺癌发生中的意义。方法:利用核酸原位杂交技术,对69例大肠腺癌及26例大肠黏膜慢性炎和16例腺瘤标本中HSP90 mRNA进行检测。结果:HSP90 mRNA在大肠黏膜慢性炎中有极低表达率3.8%(1/26),在腺瘤中阳性率为43.8%(7/16),在大肠腺癌中阳性率为69.6%(48/69)。HSP90 mRNA的表达与大肠腺癌病理类型、分化程度和淋巴结转移有相关性。结论:HSP90 mRNA高表达与大肠腺癌的发生、发展有关。
Objective: To investigate the significance of HSP90 mRNA in the development of colorectal adenocarcinoma. Methods: Using nucleic acid in situ hybridization, HSP90 mRNA was detected in 69 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma, 26 cases of chronic colitis of chronic intestinal mucosa and 16 cases of adenoma. Results: The expression of HSP90 mRNA was extremely low in 3.8% (1/26) of colorectal mucosal chronic inflammations, 43.8% (7/16) in adenomas, and 69.6% (48%) in colorectal adenocarcinomas / 69). HSP90 mRNA expression and colorectal adenocarcinoma pathological type, degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis are related. Conclusion: The high expression of HSP90 mRNA is associated with the occurrence and development of colorectal adenocarcinoma.
