当前,社保管理工作对企业的稳定发展、和谐社会的构建以及经济的稳定提高都有重要意义。基于此,主要探究了企业社保工作的问题:企业社保不够规范、缺乏专业管理人员、缺乏年金计划,并提出了几点对策:对企业社保服务机构进行完善,对社保服务程序进行规范,提高企业社保管理透明度,对企业社保信息化管理实践进行优化,以此为依据促进企业的稳定持续发展。
