大范围弥散加权成像(DWI)是一种评价近乎全身多发病变的新的影像技术,能对全身病变提供有价值的信息,其成像序列为STIR-EPI-DWI,可以在自由呼吸状态下完成全身大范围扫描。在抑制正常组织背景信号的基础上,凸显病变,提高病变部位特别是恶性肿瘤及其转移淋巴结的检出率。现对大范围DWI在淋巴结病变中的可行性、局限性及临床应用情况进行综述。
