根据阿基米德螺旋线方程,应用CAD软件公式曲线功能绘制出二维螺旋曲线,通过等距、阵列等方法绘制出槽轮。对槽轮进行工艺分析,制定合理的加工方法,选定合适的加工刀具和加工参数。运用数控机床变量编程的功能,在精度控制范围内,采用若干段小段直线代替规则的阿基米德螺旋线的方法,设计变量表达式,编制出简单、易读、易改、精度容易控制的数控程序,加工出槽轮,简化了编程步骤,降低了编程难度,提高了加工效率。
According to the Archimedes spiral equation, a 2D spiral curve is drawn by using the curve function of the CAD software formula, and the sheave is drawn by equidistance, array and other methods. On the sheave for process analysis, to develop a reasonable processing methods, select the appropriate processing tools and processing parameters. The function of variable programming of CNC machine tools is adopted. Within the range of precision control, a number of short segments of straight lines are used instead of the regular Archimedes spirals to design variable expressions and compile a simple, easy to read, easy to change and easy to control NC program, machining a sheave, simplifying the programming steps, reducing the programming difficulty and improve the processing efficiency.
