作者以常用的ＹＷＧ－Ｃ１８为填料，以１０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸盐缓冲液（ｐＨ６．８）－甲醇为洗脱系统，采用梯度洗脱方式，测定了人血浆中谷氨酸和谷氨酰胺的含量。谷氨酸和谷氨酰胺的线性关系良好。相对回收率分别为９８．５％和９６．２％。该方法简便、准确。
In this paper, we use the commonly used YWG-C18 as packing material and gradient elution mode to determine the content of glutamic acid and glutamine in human plasma with 10mmol / L phosphate buffer (pH6.8) -methanol as elution system. The linear relationship between glutamate and glutamine is good. The relative recoveries were 98.5% and 96.2% respectively. The method is simple and accurate.
