结合五征集团6×2联体后桥的设计,引入CAE技术,建立了后桥的三维数字化模型,并对后桥的静态特性进行了有限元分析与仿真。论述了6×2联体后桥的传统设计要点,针对后桥使用过程中出现的问题,使用有限元分析软件,优化了箱体和半轴管等重点零部件的结构,增加了箱体内轴的强度刚度等,实现了Hypermesh环境下后桥模型的分析,通过与理论计算对比,验证了有限元分析结果与实际情况的吻合性,并以此指导实际生产,取得了较好的效果。
Combined with the design of Wuzheng Group 6 × 2 combined rear axle, CAE technology was introduced to establish the 3D digital model of the rear axle. The static characteristics of the rear axle were analyzed and simulated by finite element method. In this paper, the key points of the traditional design of 6 × 2 combined rear axle are discussed. According to the problems occurred in the process of using the rear axle, finite element analysis software is used to optimize the structure of the key components such as the box body, The strength and stiffness of the system are compared. The analysis of the rear axle model in Hypermesh environment is achieved. The results of the finite element analysis are verified by comparison with the theoretical calculation. The results show that this method can guide the actual production and achieve good results.
