目的了解兰州市中小学教师亚健康状况及其影响因素,为中小学教师保健工作提供科学依据。方法采用自行设计的健康调查问卷,对兰州市所属26所中小学在职教师进行调查。结果中小学教师生理健康与心理健康水平显著低于一般人群,而社会健康水平显著高于一般人群;健康水平各维度,年龄≥40岁和<25岁教师的得分高于其他年龄组教师,教龄≥20年和<5年教师的得分高于其他教龄组教师,中学教师的各维度得分均低于小学教师,学历为本科以上教师各维度得分低于大专学历教师。结论中小学教师亚健康检出率较高,教育管理部门和学校应采取针对性的干预措施。
Objective To understand the status of sub-health teachers and their influencing factors in primary and secondary school teachers in Lanzhou and provide scientific basis for primary and secondary school teachers’ health care. Methods Self-designed questionnaires were used to investigate 26 teachers in primary and secondary schools in Lanzhou. Results The level of physical and mental health of primary and secondary school teachers was significantly lower than that of the general population while the level of social health was significantly higher than that of the general population. Teachers in all dimensions of health level ≥40 and ≤25 were higher than those in other age groups, ≥ 20 years and <5 years teachers score higher than other teachers in teaching, middle school teachers in all dimensions score lower than primary school teachers, education for undergraduate or above teachers in all dimensions score lower than college degree teachers. Conclusions Primary and secondary school teachers have a higher detection rate of sub-health, and education and management departments and schools should take targeted interventions.
