1981年春从新疆焉耆地区啤洒花根癌病株上采得的幼瘤中分离出一株致病力强的细菌菌株。通过培养、染色及形态鉴定,经多次接种在向日葵、啤洒花、甜菜及柳枝上,均表现很强或中等致癌能力。初步确定该菌为根癌土壤杆茵[Agrobacterium tumefaciens(Smith et Townsend)Conm.]。本病对一年生啤酒花的危害表现为平均单株产量、平均根重、甲酸含量均较健株减少。但病株叶色正常,平均茎粗及花体略小于健株。对甜菜产量无影响,唯含糖量下降,且对根系垂直生长有一定的影响。人工接种试验证明本菌为典型伤口寄生菌。接菌潜育期间致癌的均平气温16.3~22.8℃,潜育期一般9~16天。夏季旬平均气温在22℃以上,根癌增长极快。入秋18℃以下转为缓慢;12.7℃以下,虽产生病变,但不能形成癌。室内药效测定以抗菌剂“402”抑菌效果最好,福美双及二噻哝·铜可湿性剂次之。
In the spring of 1981, a strong virulent bacterial strain was isolated from the neoplasm obtained from the root-knot disease of beer sprinkler in Yanqi, Xinjiang. Through cultivation, staining and morphological identification, after repeated inoculation on sunflowers, beer sprinkles, sugar beet and willow branches, showed strong or medium carcinogenicity. The bacteria were identified as Agrobacterium tumefaciens (Smith et Townsend) Conm. The disease on the annual hops performance for the average yield per plant, the average root weight, formic acid content were reduced compared with healthy plants. But the sick leaves normal color, the average stem diameter and slightly smaller than healthy plants. No effect on the yield of sugar beet, only sugar content decreased, and the root vertical growth have a certain impact. Artificial inoculation test proved that the bacteria is a typical wound parasites. Carcinogenic bacteria during incubation period average incubation temperature 16.3 ~ 22.8 ℃, latent period of 9 to 16 days. Average summer temperatures above 22 ℃, rapid growth of root cancer. Fall below 18 ℃ into slow; 12.7 ℃ below, although the disease, but can not form a cancer. The antibacterial agent “402” had the best bacteriostatic effect in indoor efficacy test, followed by thiram and copper wettability agent.
