目的:了解数字乳腺摄影中辐射剂量水平及影响因素。方法:收集60例受检者的乳腺摄影参数,包括管电压、受压腺体厚度、压力、曝光量、平均腺体剂量(average gland dose,AGD)等,然后统计分析单幅图像辐射剂量水平及影响因素。结果:受检者乳腺单幅图像的AGD为(1.06±0.39)mGy,与国际电离辐射防护和辐射源安全基本标准(IBSS)规定的投照剂量指导水平(3mGy)相比较低(P<0.05)。影响辐射剂量的因素主要包括曝光量、管电压和腺体厚度,其中曝光量及受压腺体厚度与辐射剂量成正相关,管电压与辐射剂量成负相关。结论:在确保图像质量的前提下,适当降低曝光量、受压腺体厚度和增加管电压,有利于降低受检者辐射剂量。
Objective: To understand the radiation dose levels and influencing factors in digital mammography. Methods: Mammography parameters of 60 subjects were collected, including tube voltage, compressed gland thickness, pressure, exposure, average gland dose (AGD) and so on. Then a single image radiation dose level And influencing factors. Results: The AGD of the single breast of the subjects was (1.06 ± 0.39) mGy, which was lower than the dose guidance level (3mGy) prescribed by the International Standard for Radiation Protection and Radiation Source Security (IBSS) (P <0.05 ). Factors affecting the radiation dose include exposure, tube voltage and thickness of the gland, in which the amount of exposure and gland thickness and radiation dose is positively correlated, the tube voltage and radiation dose is negatively correlated. Conclusion: Under the premise of ensuring the image quality, appropriately reduce the exposure, the thickness of the compressed gland and increase the tube voltage, which is beneficial to reduce the radiation dose of the subjects.
