目的 探讨心理应激因素对大鼠下丘脑室旁核和胃窦部幽门区黏膜生长抑素mRNA细胞的影响。方法 应用心理应激大鼠模型 ,以原位杂交细胞化学和图像分析技术 ,检测大鼠心理应激后下丘脑室旁核和胃窦幽门区生长抑素mRNA阳性细胞的表达强度和细胞体积密度 (Vv)、单位体积数密度 (Nv)等的变化。结果 闪光间期长短不均加电刺激组 (A组 )、闪光间期恒定加电刺激组 (B组 )和单纯闪光间期长短不均组 (C组 ) 3组比较 ,在生长抑素mRNA的表达强度和Vv、Nv等方面 ,均显示出明显的差异 ,即A组 >B组 >C组。
Objective To investigate the effects of psychological stress factors on somatostatin mRNA expression in the paraventricular nucleus and pyloric mucosa of gastric antrum in rats. Methods The rat model of psychological stress was used to detect the expression of somatostatin mRNA positive cells in the hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus and gastric pyloric region and the cell bulk density (Vv), the number of unit volume density (Nv) changes. Results There was no significant difference in the number of somatostatin mRNA between group A and group A (group A), group B (group B) and group C (group C) The expression intensity and Vv, Nv and other aspects, all showed significant differences, namely A group> B group> C group.
